Our parish is a community that, in the Catholic Tradition, is centered on the Eucharist, the celebration of Mass.
The Eucharist is the source and summit of the Christian life. The other sacraments, and indeed all ecclesiastical ministries and works of the apostolate, are bound up with the Eucharist and are oriented toward it. For in the blessed Eucharist is contained the whole spiritual good of the Church, namely Christ himself, our Pasch. [Catechism of the Catholic Church, 1324]
We believe in Christ Jesus. We seek to be in his company and learn his way, his truth, his life. We pray and work together to reverence and support the inestimable worth of every human being. We welcome all to become active members who attend Mass and other services regularly. We ask you to assist within the liturgy as Lector, Eucharistic Minister, Usher, Acolyte, and Music Ministry. We invite you to witness your faith to the youth as a catechist in Religious Education program.
We foster parish fellowship through our many spiritual and social activities: days of recollection, festivals focusing on special liturgical feast days, church bazaars, and summer youth theater. Each person has been given special gifts; the parish welcomes your gifts. With your participation, we will continue as a parish to witness to Christ in the world.
